Our countertop projects are generally completed within 3 to 5 business days. The exact duration may vary depending on project scope, material choice, and other variables. We strive to deliver efficient results without compromising quality, ensuring each job is finished as promptly as circumstances allow.

We require a 50% deposit when measurements are taken. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, as well as checks and money orders.

Our company is not licensed for plumbing work. After we complete your countertop installation, you will need to arrange for a licensed plumber to reconnect any pipes and restore water service to your fixtures.

To obtain an accurate cost estimate, please contact us via email or visit our showroom with your project details. We typically require a rough sketch of your space, often provided by your cabinet maker or installer. For countertop replacements, we can guide you through taking basic measurements yourself, allowing us to begin your quote promptly.

To proceed, please contact us by phone or email to schedule your installation at a convenient time. For new cabinet installations, ensure they are fully installed and leveled before our arrival. Have appliances and your new sink on-site, unless you're using one of our sinks. If you have existing cabinets, please remove the current countertops before we arrive, or inform us in advance if you'd like us to handle the removal.
